GrowNexaura ("we", "us") is a media and technology business in India offering social media, branding, advertising, WhatsApp automation, websites, mobile apps and custom software. The services we provide, their deliverables, timelines and responsibilities are described in a written proposal, quote or agreement that we confirm with you before work begins. Anything not included in that document is outside the scope unless we agree to it in writing.
3. Quotes, payments and cancellations
- Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes such as GST, unless stated otherwise.

- Cancellation and refund terms, including what is non-refundable after work has started, are as agreed in writing.
- Third-party costs (for example, Meta or Google ad spend, domain names, hosting, WhatsApp Business API charges, or paid software) are normally paid by you directly or reimbursed to us, as agreed.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and approvals, access to the accounts or assets we need, and to make sure your content does not infringe anyone else's rights or break any law. Delays in your feedback or approvals may affect timelines.
5. Social media, ads and third-party platforms
Our services depend on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Meta Ads, Google Ads and WhatsApp, which are controlled by their own providers. We are not responsible for changes, outages, policy decisions, account restrictions or bans by those platforms. We do not guarantee specific reach, engagement, sales or leads, because results depend on many factors, including market conditions and your product or offer.
6. Intellectual property
Our website, brand, logo, design and tools belong to GrowNexaura. Work we create for you is transferred to you once the agreed fees are paid in full, unless the agreement says otherwise. We may show completed work in our portfolio and social media unless you tell us in writing not to. Materials you provide remain yours, and you give us permission to use them to deliver the services.
7. Confidentiality
We will keep your business information, customer data and unpublished plans confidential and use them only to provide the services, except where the law requires disclosure.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, GrowNexaura is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Website use
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. Do not copy, scrape, damage, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems. Information on the website is for general guidance and may change without notice.
